It protects the foot by cushioning the impact of the heel when walking and preventing pain caused by pressure on the heel. It has a central concave area that helps distribute body weight evenly, improving comfort even for those suffering from heel spurs. It is washable and reusable.

• Silicone Gel

For best results, use after a warm footbath with Timodore Oxygenated Salts. Then insert the heel pad into the shoe with the central concave part facing downwards. Remove the product for at least 4 hours a day. The product is reusable, and, thanks to its elasticity, once used returns to its original shape. Hand wash gently with mild soap and warm water. Rinse and leave to air dry. When the product is perfectly dry, it is recommended to sprinkle it with talcum powder.
